Pawan oversees business operations and business development. He works with clients to set up teams and make them more efficient. An avid techie, he has worked as a developer and as a senior manager with companies like TCS, Wipro, and S&P. He has completed his B.Tech in Mechanical engineering from IIT Bombay and his MBA from IIM Indore.

Paramdeep oversees strategic and IT initiatives for the company. He works closely with the clients in understanding their objectives and devising solutions. An ML/AI enthusiast, he has worked as a senior consultant with IBM and Accenture. He is an avid programmer himself as well. He has completed his B.Tech from IIT Delhi and his MBA from IIM Indore.

Ryan oversees the digital marketing strategy. He works with the company to build its brand and generate leads through inbound marketing, social media marketing, and paid media. A digital marketer that enjoys training and developing marketing strategies for businesses of all sizes. Ryan has completed his MS in International Marketing Management from Boston University.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Meghna, has more than a decade of experience working in professional services for US companies. With her extensive knowledge in small business affairs, Meghna helps our clients in financial planning, reporting, and accounting needs (USGAAP and IFRS) leveraging tools like Blackline, POWER BI, Concur, Peoplesoft and QuickBooks. She oversees the Finance and Accounting business of ShortHills Tech.

Biography:

A post graduate from National Institute of Design (NID) and graduate from Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Pawan has worked with large Tech and FMCG giants like SAP and GSK to product companies like Myntra, Career Launcher, EduPristine, Fastfilmz and Tech-Tailor.

Having finished his post-graduation in Information & Interface Design from the National Institute of Design, Harsh worked with Myntra for a short stint before becoming an independent UX consultant. Apart from design and technology, he’d love to give his two cents on football, electronic music, bike rides, food and his quest to be fit someday.
